Refund Policy

1. The Short Version

Failed generations are never charged. Credit packs are non-refundable. Each subscription charge — the first payment and every renewal — can be refunded within 7 days of that charge if none of that period's credits have been used; after 7 days, or once any credit has been used, the charge is final. You can cancel a subscription any time from Settings → Billing.

2. Credit Packs

Nano Banana 2.1 sells one-time credit packs. Each image costs credits according to the resolution and the number of reference images: an image made from text alone costs 6 credits at 1K, 8 at 2K, and 16 at 4K, and up to 9, 11, or 19 credits with all 14 reference images. Pack credits never expire.

• Basic: 300 credits (≈ 50 images at 1K), $29.90
• Growth: 860 credits (≈ 143 images at 1K), $49.90
• Pro: 3,530 credits (≈ 588 images at 1K), $99.90
• Studio: 9,040 credits (≈ 1,506 images at 1K), $199.90
• Max: 48,090 credits (≈ 8,015 images at 1K), $799.90

3. Subscriptions

In addition to packs, Nano Banana 2.1 offers subscriptions billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Monthly

• Basic: $14.90/month, 500 credits per month (≈ 83 images at 1K)
• Pro: $39.90/month, 2,400 credits per month (≈ 400 images at 1K)
• Studio: $99.90/month, 8,000 credits per month (≈ 1,333 images at 1K)

Yearly (billed once a year)

• Basic: $118.80/year, 4,750 credits (≈ 791 images at 1K)
• Pro: $286.80/year, 22,940 credits (≈ 3,823 images at 1K)
• Studio: $766.80/year, 76,680 credits (≈ 12,780 images at 1K)

The whole year's credits are granted at the start of the billing year.

• Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only. Monthly credits expire at the end of that month's period; yearly credits expire at the end of the billing year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance, and the oldest credits are used first.

4. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, no further charges are made. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods.

5. Failed Generations

If a generation fails (an error from the AI provider, a refusal by the model's safety filter, a network error, or no image within about 10 minutes), you are not charged: the credits are returned to your balance automatically. This applies to every kind of credit, whether from a pack, a subscription, the free sign-up credits, or a redemption code. No request needed. An image that is generated successfully but that you don't like is not a failed generation.

6. Refunds on One-Time Purchases

• Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used.

7. Refunds on Subscriptions

• First subscription payment: may be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge if none of its credits have been used.
• Renewals: each renewal charge may be refunded in full within 7 days of that charge if none of that period's credits have been used.
• This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.
• Once any credit from that period has been used, or after 7 days, the charge is final, and partial periods are not refunded pro rata. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

8. Billing Errors and Duplicates

Charged twice or charged the wrong amount? Email support@nano-banana-21.net within 30 days with the order number and we will correct it promptly.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing charges for credits you used) may lead to account suspension.

10. How to Request a Refund

Use our contact form, or email support@nano-banana-21.net, including the order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
